FAQ

A: After you purchase a meal plan, you will fill out the questionnaire, and I’ll get to work on your plan

A: Generally, please allow 3 business days to complete your meal plan.

A: You will put your personal preferences in the questionnaire that you fill out and we will work around them.

A: We will calculate your ideal calories and macronutrients based on your answers to the questionnaire. Mainly we will focus on making sure you’re fueling your training sessions and if you have a goal (weight/fat loss, gain muscle, etc) that we adjust for that as well.

A: We start off with the understanding that the meal plan will provide 3 meals and 1-3 snacks. Once you provide answers for us in the questionnaire, we will know how many snacks you’d like to eat.

A: We are not legally able to diagnose, treat or prescribe. If you need a meal plan that will help a specific medical condition, we can recommend a specialized dietitian to assist you.

A:  Yes, meal plans can easily be created to accommodate those that have allergies, or want/need to avoid specific foods.

A: Absolutely. We will use your goals, preferences and follow the work by Dr. Stacy Sims as a guide.

A: Since the meal plan is customized to you, we will do our best to choose foods that you will enjoy. If you are unhappy with your plan, we ask that you contact us, so we can discuss it. Generally, with customized products we don’t provide refunds, though we would take each customer on a case-by-case basis.
